Planning, and in particular space planning is the key to the success of every NIDEL project. Each project is methodically planned, executed and individually crafted to create inspiring and truly bespoke living spaces.
Over the years we have gained extensive knowledge of overseeing both the design and build process of each project, both in Spain and Sweden. With carefully selected skilled craftsmen and manufacturers we aim to be synonymous with our superior craftsmanship and exquisite detailing.
We believe each project should be unique, and so whether sourcing marble direct from a quarry or commissioning handcrafted joinery, we work closely with our client to ascertain their requirements and provide them with only the finest materials and detailing.
We take the stress out of owning your property in Marbella by offering various management and after sales services. Housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, provisions of quotations for home refurbishment, security and rental of the property whilst owners are not in residence.
